Biorevitalization is an injectable treatment that deeply hydrates the skin through micro-injections of low molecular weight hyaluronic acid, vitamins, amino acids, and antioxidants. Unlike fillers that add volume, biorevitalization works on the intrinsic quality of the skin, nourishing fibroblasts and stimulating the natural production of collagen and elastin. The result is visibly more hydrated, radiant, and firm skin, with improved texture and elasticity.
• Dehydrated and devitalized skin that has lost radiance and firmness due to stress, smoking, or pollution • Prevention of skin aging, as an anti-aging treatment to keep skin youthful and toned over time • Preparation and optimization of other aesthetic treatments, such as peels or laser, to enhance their results • Neck and décolleté skin, areas particularly prone to dehydration and premature aging due to thin skin • Hand rejuvenation, to reduce the appearance of thin, dehydrated skin that reveals tendons and veins
• Pregnancy and breastfeeding, as a precautionary principle in the absence of specific safety studies • Active skin infections in the treatment area, such as herpes, dermatitis, or inflammatory acne in acute phase • Known allergies to product components, particularly hyaluronic acid or preservatives • Anticoagulant therapy, which increases the risk of bruising at injection points • Active autoimmune diseases, which may alter the inflammatory response to injectable treatments
The treatment takes 20-30 minutes and is performed in the office without any special preparation. Multiple closely-spaced micro-injections are administered in the treatment area, distributed evenly to ensure uniform hydration. Recovery is immediate: normal daily activities can be resumed right after the session. Small wheals and mild redness at injection points may occur, which resolve spontaneously within a few hours.
A topical anesthetic cream is applied 15-20 minutes before the treatment to reduce discomfort from the micro-injections. Injections are performed with very fine needles, making the treatment well tolerated by most patients. As an alternative to the needle technique, a mesotherapy gun can be used to speed up the procedure and further reduce perceived discomfort.
Results are progressive and cumulative: after the first session the skin already appears more hydrated and radiant, but the optimal effect is achieved after a complete cycle of 3-4 sessions spaced 2-3 weeks apart. Fibroblast stimulation continues to produce collagen and elastin in the weeks following each treatment. A maintenance cycle of 2-3 sessions every 6 months is recommended to preserve results over time.
Biorevitalization is an excellent preventive treatment, recommended starting from age 28-30 as an early anti-aging strategy to keep skin hydrated and slow down aging processes. For younger patients (25-30), it is ideal for combating dehydration and skin stress. After 40-50, it becomes a fundamental ally in counteracting loss of tone and radiance, often combined with other treatments like fillers or Botox for a comprehensive regenerative approach.
